Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 63boss login credentials, including your username and password. Account Suspension and Termination. 63boss reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity; (c) failure to complete identity verification; (d) duplicate account creation; or (e) violation of PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 63boss reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
Accepted Payment Methods. 63boss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available at 63boss's discretion and will be displayed on the Platform's cashier section.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the 63boss Platform is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 63boss.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63boss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
63boss's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 63boss's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law.
63boss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 63boss Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
63boss complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) thereunder. Players may exercise their data rights — including access, correction, and erasure — by contacting 63boss support.
63boss reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the Platform with the date of the most recent revision. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
